DETAILED DESIGN WORK

DETAILED DESIGN WORK which contains preparing the enterprise project structure (EPS) and organization breakdown structure (OBS), as well as data entry procedures, models of projects and reports and other additional works which are fully adapting the implemented solution for customer requirements

IMPLEMENTATION

IMPLEMENTATION that is preparing the technical environment (servers, working stations) after preparing the technical environment (the installation of work stations, placing entitlements and users accounts) and users (training final users) to iniciate the system, implementation throughout the organization.

INTERNAL TESTING

INTERNAL TESTING after the procedures, reports and model projects are ready the whole has to be accepted by the organization; and then being started “pilot”: the approved system is being installed in the chosen unit, and tested there for agreed period of the time. Testing gives the possibility of ensuring whether the program is accomplishing customer’s business purposes presented with the system at the beginning of the implementation process.

POST-IMPLEMENTATION TESTS

POST-IMPLEMENTATION TESTS that is conclusive testing if all system elements – e.g. generating reports, executing procedures – are acting correctly.
